Milo’s Hamburgers set out to launch a rewards program to boost brand loyalty and support their new app. With a long-standing, beloved legacy, it was important that the program’s look, feel, and name stayed true to the Milo’s brand.
Leaning into Milo’s warm, family-style atmosphere, we focused on the customer experience and how Milo’s makes each guest feel valued. Mylo’s Rewards was born from the idea that every visit to Milo’s is uniquely yours — an experience that can’t be duplicated, always leaving you with a little something extra.
